<title>Tinuy-an Falls, Bislig, Surigao del Sur</title>
<description>Deep into the forested heartland of Picop&#x27;s timber concession in Bislig, Surigao del Sur, one will find the grandest and most majestic waterfalls I&#x27;ve ever seen in the Philippines. It&#x27;s moniker &#x22;Little Niagara Falls of the Philippines&#x22; speaks for itself. <title>Rage, rage against the dying of the light!</title>

Curse, bless me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Naturally, our &#x3C;i&#x3E;kababayans&#x3C;/i&#x3E;, specially those currently based in faraway places are just too eager to hear &#x201C;development&#x201D; news from home.&#x3C;/p&#x3E; &#x3C;p&#x3E;I also learned that there are still those who are unaware of the operation of the new Tacloban Bus Terminal&#x26;nbsp; located at Brgy. Abucay, Tacloban City which has rerouted city-bound public transpo traffic coming from all over the region. <title>Tacloban&#x27;s mall aspiration</title>
<description>First I have to openly say this: I am not a maller; neither am I a shopaholic. But I can emphatize, however, with one of the aspirations most Taclobanon&#x2019;s have had for ages - for the city to have even just one modern, decent shopping center. Or even just a small mall. It will definitely cut down on the inconvenience of having to go to Manila or Cebu just to do some serious shopping.&#x3C;br&#x3E;&#x3C;br&#x3E;So here&#x27;s what&#x27;s happening in our town. <title>The Best of Calicoan Surfing Crown &#x27;07</title>

Post-processing involved selecting/discarding photos and narrowing down the selection to 160 photos for the final web gallery. &#x3C;br&#x3E;&#x3C;br&#x3E;It was mind-boggling and nauseating, to say the least.&#x3C;br&#x3E;&#x3C;br&#x3E;View the full &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://callezaragosa.com/CalicoanSurfCrown07-LRGallery/index.html&#x22;&#x3E;web gallery&#x3C;/a&#x3E; (160 photos)&#x3C;br&#x3E;Read more at my &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://gerryruiz.wordpress.com/2008/02/10/the-best-of-calicoan-surfing-crown-07/&#x22;&#x3E;gerryruiz photoblog entry&#x3C;/a&#x3E;&#x3C;br&#x3E;&#x3C;br&#x3E;&#x26;nbsp;</description>

<title>Calicoan Surfing Crown &#x27;07</title>
<description>Here are the updated photos we took of the Odyssey Waves: The 4th Eastern Samar Surfing Crown &#x2018;07 held October 8-10, 2007 in Calicoan Island, Guiuan, Eastern Samar.

Calicoan Island - avidly being promoted as the next surfing capital of the Philippines - had its &#x201C;most important event&#x201D; of the year which drew local surfing enthusiasts from as far as Baler, Quezon and La Union and, of course, saw the participation of the best surfers from Eastern Samar.
